Former Newsflare EVP Preeya Naul to spearhead growth of owned and managed channel offerings

VideoElephant CEO Stephen O’Shaughnessy today announced that Preeya Naul is joining the company as vice president, streaming partnerships. In this newly-created position, Naul will be charged with expanding the distribution of the company’s O&O FAST channels as well as developing the managed FAST services business for publishers, brands and other organizations looking to seize opportunities in ad-supported streaming.


Most recently, Naul served as executive vice president, Americas & Studios, for Newsflare. Under her direction, Newsflare Studios was successfully launched in 2019 as the Los Angeles-based consumer entertainment production arm. Naul oversaw all aspects of the business, from content development and production to distribution of produced content for Newsflare's consumer-facing brands, across social media, broadcast, and streaming platforms. In her pivotal role overseeing the U.S. market, Naul established critical content licensing partnerships with prominent production companies, broadcast networks, and digital platforms nationwide. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a results-oriented media executive, known for her ability to conceive and drive profitable, multi-platform video strategies, including multimedia content programming, distribution deals, and collaborative partnerships.
